New home construction in Las Vegas, Nevada looks to continue its increase in building permits and pricing. House builders closed on 871 new home sales in Clark County in November.
Total new home sales totaled 8,256 new homes, which is a 14.3 percent increase from the same 11 month period.
$355,905 was the medium home price as of November 2017 an 8 percent from a year earlier.
New home construction builders pulled 769 new house building permits last month. 8,856 will be the total for the year and this is an increase of 9.6% from the same period last year. New home construction remains a fraction of the business during the boom years.
Land prices continue to climb which ultimately drives the new home construction price increases.
