Veer Towers (condos)
Two 37-story glass towers with approximately 350 condominium residences each; studios, deluxe studios, one- and two- bedrooms, and penthouses ranging from approximately 500 to 2,600 square feet.
Veer’s pair of inclining glass towers convey a distinct sense of movement and respond to each other to bring their shared space alive. They’re the ideal expression of an exciting and dynamic life.
With its own private residential drive, valet parking and fully staffed lobby, Veer Tower CityCenter accommodates owners from the instant they arrive to the moment they depart. Inside, a business center, recreation room and fitness center with steam room provide added convenience. And on the roof, each tower features an “infinity edge” pool, spa, cabanas and hospitality patio for outdoor entertaining and enjoying good times at the top.
Veer’s two unique leaning glass towers will rise to 36 stories and have about 350 condos per tower. The building’s exterior surface will feature horizontal metal blades that slowly change color during the day and that will act to shade of the unit’s windows from the heat. The objective of this design is so that Veer residents will enjoy less obstructed views than would be possible in a more conventional high rises.
Helmut Jahn‘s design for the two residential high-rises known as Veer Tower CityCenter is a masterful translation of energy and excitement into physical form: Its two 37-story glass towers shimmer day and night. With approximately 350 condo residences each, Veer Tower CityCenter soars above the rest of the city and puts residents close to CityCenter’s retail and entertainment core. Inclined at five-degree angles (a feature celebrated by the project’s name) the towers also seem to dance with each other.
Streamlined with spa-style bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural textures and finishes and a color palette that features a wide variety of whites, each space is the ideal haven for regrouping in time for more.
Veer Tower CityCenter provides for people on the go. Each tower features a private valet and a fully staffed lobby to make smooth transitions. Each tower also offers a business center, recreation room and upper floor media room for films, sports and news as well as a fitness center for getting in shape for the city that awaits. Towering above it all on each rooftop, Veer features an infinity edge pool surrounded by a patio for relaxing and entertaining.
