Las Vegas Housing Market Changes From Last Year

Summerlin ZIP Codes foreclosure sales were down 20 percent last month year-over-year in comparison to the rest at the Vegas Valley which was only down nine-percent. Let’s check out the current inventory levels right now we’ve got 411 homes for sale not counting age-restricted communities like Sienna and Sun City.
Property Market Report
Last month we had 391 houses for sale. So our inventory has risen 5.1 percent in the past month. This is actually about identical to the rest to the Las Vegas Valley. Okay let’s break down the market report levels. The largest difference between Summerlin NV Real Estate and the rest in the Las Vegas valley has to do with home equities. Although real estate is substantially higher then the rest to the valley when it comes to equity.
Four hundred and eleven homes on the market and only 4.6 percent are short sales. Seven percent are foreclosures. Ninety two point seven percent are traditional sales. Last month we were at ninety percent compared to the rest the valley which is at a record high other eighty-two percent. The Clark County market is looking great with such a high percentage traditional real estate sales. This means that prices are more stable & house buyers have a greater opportunity to purchase a well maintained home.
